Senior actor and Telugu Desam Party MLA Nandamuri Balakrishna is currently busy with the promotions of his upcoming film Gautamiputra Satakarni which is hitting the theatres in the next week. The film is releasing on 12th of this month on the occasion of Sankranthi festival. Meanwhile, the latest buzz reveals us that Balayya Babu is planning to start an aggressive promotional campaign for the film. On the other side, the interesting news is that Balakrishna is going to change his name and he, hereafter will be called as Basava Taraka Rama Putra Balakrishna.
Balakrishna today has requested the media to call him by this new name. My mother was my inspiration. That is why I would like to be addressed with my mother’s name, he said. Looks like Gautamiputra Satakarni has brought massive changes in Balakrishna and we can witness them with this.
On Friday, Balakrishna called on Telangana chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao to extend an invitation to the latter to see the preview of the film. It was KCR who had given the clap for Muhurat shot for the film a few months ago. He thanked KCR for giving all incentives for Basava Rama Tarakam Memorial Cancer Hospital. He also lauded the cooperation being extended by his brother-in-law and Andhra Pradesh chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu.
Team Gautamiputra Satakarni is mulling to hold premiere shows for CMs of Telugu States & other Public Representatives ahead of the theatrical release. Telangana CM KCR expressed his wish to watch the historical subject at the time of launch itself. So, He won’t be giving a miss to the private screening.
